Excited dog tugs on lead

Clear run on motorway
Extra day hol for lucky few
One hour forty five

To do list growing
Two items added for every
One task completed

Boss has widescreen poot
I set ratio appropriately
She prefers stretched 4:3

Lunchtime sandwiches
Tesco have cheese and tomato
About time too - huzzah!

Inland revenue
Decrees that mileage rate
Be cut by three pence

Upload new expense
Forms to company intranet
What was password again?

Homeward bound at last
Journey is mirror image
Similar time too

Orange day in village
Haul of thirty thousand bells
Mortgage paid at last

Warm house tired bones
Jamie plays a Jedi knight
Fall asleep in chair

Awake to Holby
And spaghetti bolognase
Quickly devoured - yum

Sweeny Todd on box
Surprisingly gruesome
Not the musical

Too tired for prose
Inspired to compose haiku
For better or verse
