Shine the Light

Rain, dark, cold, five mile traffic jams and no heating in the office. All in all not the best start to a Monday morning.

In better news, I am starting to feel a bit more confident about the maths questions on the M366 paper, particularly the ones about perceptron activations using sigmoid threshold functions. I have two sample papers to work through, which will also let me develop some model answers to some of the essay type questions that come up frequently on subjects like the Turing test and strong vs weak AI.

At least I am now home with a mocha topped up with frothed milk and my big lumie light banishing the gloom for a while.
